4. Bookings

A booking will only be considered confirmed after confirmation from ATLIS Spa.

5. Cancellations, Delays and Rescheduling
If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule a session, they should contact ATLIS Spa as early as possible.
In the event of a client arriving late, ATLIS Spa may have to reduce the duration of the service in order not to affect subsequent bookings. The originally agreed price may still apply.
ATLIS Spa reserves the right to define specific rules for cancellations, no-shows, deposits, vouchers or promotional campaigns. These conditions should be communicated to the client at the time of booking or purchase.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on the website, social media or other communication materials may be changed at any time.
The payment methods available will be communicated to the client at the time of booking or service provision. These may include cash, bank transfer, MB WAY or other payment methods accepted by ATLIS Spa.
Where applicable, prices include the legal taxes in force.

ATLIS Spa may make vouchers, promotional campaigns, discounts or special offers available.
These may be subject to validity periods, availability, specific conditions of use and prior booking requirements.

The client must inform ATLIS Spa in advance of any relevant health condition, including pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, allergies, skin conditions, cardiovascular conditions, inflammation, infections, relevant medication or any other situation that may affect the provision of the service.
ATLIS Spa reserves the right to refuse or adapt a service whenever it considers that the service may not be suitable for the client’s physical condition or wellbeing.
